Ingredients

  • 2bananas

    1 mashed into the base, 1 sliced for layering

  • 250 mlkefir

    or yogurt

  • vanilla

    a pinch

  • 1 tbspdate syrup

    or honey

  • salt

    a pinch

  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 100 goats
  • 85 gpeanut butter

    2 tablespoons

  • raspberries

    fresh, for topping

Instructions

  1. Mash 1 banana with 250ml kefir, vanilla, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon date syrup.

  2. Stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 100g oats and 85g peanut butter.

  3. Slice the second banana and fold through the oat mixture.

  4. Transfer to a jar, close tightly and chill for at least , ideally overnight.

  5. Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
