Ingredients

- 2bananas
1 mashed into the base, 1 sliced for layering
- 250 mlkefir
or yogurt
- vanilla
a pinch
- 1 tbspdate syrup
or honey
- salt
a pinch
- 1 tbspchia seeds
- 100 goats
- 85 gpeanut butter
2 tablespoons
- raspberries
fresh, for topping
Instructions
Mash 1 banana with 250ml kefir, vanilla, a pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon date syrup.
Stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 100g oats and 85g peanut butter.
Slice the second banana and fold through the oat mixture.
Transfer to a jar, close tightly and chill for at least , ideally overnight.
Top with fresh raspberries before serving.
