- 3eggs
- vanilla

- 3 tbsperythritol
- 60 gbutter
melted
- 120 galmond flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- pinchsalt
- 1lemon
zest and juice
Instructions
Beat 3 eggs with vanilla and 3 tablespoons erythritol until pale and fluffy.
Stir in 60g melted butter, then fold in 120g almond flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Add the zest and juice of 1/2 lemon and mix to a smooth batter.
Spread into an oiled tart pan and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25- until set and golden; cool before slicing.
