Instructions
Recipe 1: toast pumpkin seeds in a pan and grind in a blender; blend raisins, dates and dried apricots; combine with 120 g ground pumpkin seeds and shape into round candies, rolling in the remaining 30 g ground seeds.
Recipe 2: toast sesame seeds in a pan and grind; blend dates, dried apricots and prunes with the sesame; toast sunflower seeds separately; shape into rounds and roll in the sunflower seeds.
Recipe 3: toast hazelnuts, peanuts and walnuts in a pan; blend with raisins and further ingredients from the video into a paste; shape into candies and chill.
Chill all candies in the refrigerator before serving.
