DIY Walnut and Cranberry Chocolate Bark in 5 Minutes

Homemade chocolate bark combining melted white and dark chocolate with walnuts and dried cranberries. Can be made sugar-free by choosing no-sugar dark chocolate. Ready in 5 minutes of prep.

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 80 gwalnuts
  • 100 gdark chocolate
  • 100 gwhite chocolate
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

    1 tbsp per chocolate batch

  • 80 gdried cranberries

Instructions

  1. Chop walnuts coarsely.

  2. Melt dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

  3. Melt white chocolate separately with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

  4. Pour chocolate into a mold and add walnuts and dried cranberries.

  5. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

  6. Break into pieces and serve.
