  • 220 gzucchini

    coarsely grated

  • seasoning salt

    to taste

  • 2eggs
  • 80 gGreek yogurt

    thick

  • ½ tspdried basil
  • 50 galmond flour
  • 14 gpsyllium husk
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 35 ggrated parmesan
  • 1tomato
  • 4mushrooms
  • 40 gred bell pepper
  • 100 gchicken breast
  • 120 ggrated mozzarella

Instructions

  1. Salt the grated zucchini, let it rest for and squeeze out the liquid thoroughly.

  2. Blend the drained zucchini with the eggs, Greek yogurt, salt and dried basil.

  3. Mix in the almond flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and parmesan until a dough forms.

  4. Spread the dough in a thin layer on a parchment-lined, oiled tray and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–.

  5. Top with tomato slices, pan-fried mushrooms, bell pepper, chicken breast and grated mozzarella. Bake for another 7– until bubbling.
