- 360 gcottage cheese
- 200 mlyogurt
- 50 gerythritol
- 1mandarin
- 2kiwi
- 400 gpineapple
- 1 tbspchia seeds
Instructions
Blend 360g cottage cheese with 200ml yogurt and 50g erythritol until smooth.
Dice 1 mandarin, 2 kiwis and 400g pineapple and fold into the cream.
Stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Rest (or chill) until the chia thickens; spoon into serving cups.
