  • 25 gdry egg whites

Instructions

  1. Blend eggs, salt and cottage cheese smooth, then whisk in dry milk, dried egg whites and baking powder.

  2. Spoon 4 buns onto an oiled parchment-lined tray, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 168°C (335°F) for .

  3. For the chicken burger, pound the breast flat, season, dip in egg, then coat with parmesan, dried garlic and paprika. Bake at 200°C (392°F) for .

  4. For the beef patty, mix ground beef with salt, paprika, minced garlic and egg. Rest , shape into 2 patties on parchment and pan-fry with a little oil.

  5. Whisk the sauce from tomato paste, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and dried garlic. Halve the buns, spread with sauce and assemble the burgers with lettuce, chicken or patty.
