  • 50 gwalnuts
  • 300 gcottage cheese
  • 3 tbsphoney
  • 150 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Toast 50g walnuts in a dry pan until fragrant.

  2. Blend the walnuts with 300g cottage cheese and 3 tablespoons honey into a smooth paste.

  3. Spoon into silicone molds and freeze until firm, about .

  4. Melt 150g dark chocolate in a water bath and roll each frozen bite to coat.

  5. Chill briefly in the fridge to set the chocolate.
