- 5eggs
- black pepper
- sun-dried tomatoes
- dill
- parsley
- green onions
Instructions
Shred the cabbage and simmer with refined olive oil and a little salt for 5-; cool slightly.
Add grated carrot and soften briefly.
Whisk 4-6 eggs with salt, black pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, dill, parsley and green onions.
Combine the cabbage-carrot mix into the eggs.
Fry in a greased skillet until set on both sides; serve hot.
