Ingredients

  • cabbage

    shredded

  • olive oil

    refined

  • salt
  • 1carrot

    grated

  • 5eggs
  • black pepper
  • sun-dried tomatoes
  • dill
  • parsley
  • green onions

Instructions

  1. Shred the cabbage and simmer with refined olive oil and a little salt for 5-; cool slightly.

  2. Add grated carrot and soften briefly.

  3. Whisk 4-6 eggs with salt, black pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, dill, parsley and green onions.

  4. Combine the cabbage-carrot mix into the eggs.

  5. Fry in a greased skillet until set on both sides; serve hot.
