Moist diet cake built on ground oats, pureed apples, banana and fresh cranberries — bound by eggs and lifted by baking powder. Naturally sweet, no sugar.

- 100 goats
1 glass, ground in a blender
- 2apples
pureed
- 1banana
mashed with a fork
- 2eggs
- 60 gcranberries
rinsed
- 1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Grind 100g oats in a blender, then stir in the apple puree and mashed banana until smooth.
Whisk in 2 eggs, fold through 60g rinsed cranberries and 1 teaspoon baking powder until evenly distributed.
Grease a cake tin with a little oil, pour in the batter and level the top.
Bake at 180°C for 35-, until fragrant and a skewer comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
