Flourless Oat Apple Cake with Cranberries (No Sugar)

Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 100 goats

    1 glass, ground in a blender

  • 2apples

    pureed

  • 1banana

    mashed with a fork

  • 2eggs
  • 60 gcranberries

    rinsed

  • 1 tspbaking powder

Instructions

  1. Grind 100g oats in a blender, then stir in the apple puree and mashed banana until smooth.

  2. Whisk in 2 eggs, fold through 60g rinsed cranberries and 1 teaspoon baking powder until evenly distributed.

  3. Grease a cake tin with a little oil, pour in the batter and level the top.

  4. Bake at 180°C for 35-, until fragrant and a skewer comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
