Instructions
Blend cottage cheese with eggs and salt, then stir in almond flour, baking powder and psyllium husk.
Shape the dough into a pizza base on parchment, prick the edges and bake at 356°F (180°C) for .
Mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, salt, mustard, grated Parmesan and garlic; spread across the base.
Top with sautéed mushrooms, olives, pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, mozzarella and extra Parmesan, then bake 7 more minutes until melted.
