Cottage Cheese Chocolate Lava Cake

  • 170 gCottage cheese

    Blended smooth

  • 2 largeEggs
  • 85 gDark chocolate

    70%+ cacao, melted

  • 15 gCocoa powder

    Unsweetened

  • 45 mlHoney
  • 5 mlVanilla extract
  • ½ gSalt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Grease 4 ramekins with butter and dust with cocoa powder.

  2. Blend cottage cheese until completely smooth. Combine with melted chocolate, eggs, honey, cocoa, vanilla, and salt.

  3. Divide batter evenly between prepared ramekins.

  4. Bake for 10- until edges are set but center still jiggles.

  5. Let cool , then run a knife around edges and invert onto plates. Serve immediately.

  • Use high-quality dark chocolate for the best flavor
  • Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream for the ultimate dessert
  • Do not overbake — the gooey center is the whole point!
