Ingredients

- 250 gbroccoli
blanched in boiling water
- 1onion
- 4mushrooms
- ½ cuplentils
- salt
- garlic
- 2 tbspketchup
- coriander
Instructions
Pour boiling water over 250g broccoli to soften; drain.
Saute 1 chopped onion and 4 sliced mushrooms with a little salt until golden.
Cook 1/2 cup lentils separately with salt until tender.
Add garlic and the broccoli to the mushroom-onion pan.
Stir in 2 tablespoons ketchup and coriander; fold in the cooked lentils.
Simmer more, season to taste and serve warm.
