  • 1banana
  • 250 gblueberries
  • 150 mlyogurt

    sugar-free

  • 1½ tbsphoney

Instructions

  1. Peel 1 banana and place in the blender.

  2. Add 250g blueberries and 150ml sugar-free yogurt.

  3. Blend on high until smooth and creamy.

  4. Sweeten with 1.5 tablespoons honey and pulse again.

  5. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
