- 1banana
90g peeled
- 25 mlplant milk
- 30 goats
- 10 gerythritol
- 1egg
- 3 gbaking powder
- 20 gchocolate
- 10 gwalnuts
- butter
for greasing
Instructions
Mash 1 small banana with 25ml plant milk.
Stir in 30g oats, 10g erythritol, 1 egg and 3g baking powder.
Fold in 20g chopped chocolate and 10g chopped walnuts.
Divide into buttered moulds.
Bake at 180°C for and cool briefly before unmoulding.
