Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 1banana

    90g peeled

  • 25 mlplant milk
  • 30 goats
  • 10 gerythritol
  • 1egg
  • 3 gbaking powder
  • 20 gchocolate
  • 10 gwalnuts
  • butter

    for greasing

Instructions

  1. Mash 1 small banana with 25ml plant milk.

  2. Stir in 30g oats, 10g erythritol, 1 egg and 3g baking powder.

  3. Fold in 20g chopped chocolate and 10g chopped walnuts.

  4. Divide into buttered moulds.

  5. Bake at 180°C for and cool briefly before unmoulding.
