- 1egg yolk

- 1 tsphoney
Instructions
Warm 150ml milk with 20g butter until melted.
Whisk in 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/4 teaspoon ginger and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Blend 1 egg yolk and 1 banana into the spiced milk until smooth.
Sweeten with 1 teaspoon honey and pour into a mug to drink warm.
