Instructions

  1. Recipe 1: blend 1 lemon (peeled) with 1 apple, a splash of cold water and honey or syrup to taste.

  2. Pour into a glass and serve chilled.

  3. Recipe 2: blend 1 apple, 1 banana, 1 peeled orange, a small handful of raisins and a small handful of walnuts.

  4. Sweeten with honey or syrup if needed and serve immediately.
