Ingredients

  • 120 gcottage cheese
  • 66⅔ mlyogurt
  • 16⅔ gerythritol
  • 1mandarin
  • 1kiwi
  • 133⅓ gpineapple
  • ⅓ tbspchia seeds

Instructions

  1. Blend 360g cottage cheese with 200ml yogurt and 50g erythritol until smooth.

  2. Dice 1 mandarin, 2 kiwis and 400g pineapple and fold into the cream.

  3. Stir in 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  4. Rest (or chill) until the chia thickens; spoon into serving cups.
