Bouchées caramel-sésame sans gluten au chocolat noir — seulement 3 ingrédients
Une douceur simple à 3 ingrédients : sésame blanc grillé à la poêle, caramélisé au sirop de dattes et enrobé de chocolat noir fondu. Sans farine, sans sucre, sans œufs.

Ingrédients
- 170 gwhite sesame seeds
- 4 tbspdate syrup
- 70 gdark chocolate
Instructions
Toast white sesame seeds in a pan.
Add date syrup and cook until the mixture begins to caramelize.
Press into molds and freeze in the refrigerator until set.
Melt dark chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
Coat the sesame pieces in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.

Watch the caramel stage carefully. Burns quickly but the result is completely worth the attention.
