Made these for my mother who lives alone. She says breakfast is something to look forward to now.

My husband and I have been eating one of these every morning with coffee for four months. We have stopped buying breakfast cereals completely. He says these bars keep him full until lunchtime without the heavy feeling cereal always gave him. Simple ingredients and genuinely satisfying.
