Keeps in the fridge a week. My grandchildren call it the fancy log.

I slice this for my husband and me every morning with our tea. No sugar, no flour, and it genuinely keeps us satisfied. We were both told our blood sugar was borderline last year and our doctor wanted us to reduce sweet snacks. This has become our sweet snack and she has not objected once.

Satisfying. Better than any shop energy bar.
