- 1banana
- 250 gstrawberries
thawed
- 50 gcornstarch
- 300 mloat milk
or coconut, any plant milk
- dark chocolate
grated, for topping
Instructions
Blend 1 banana, 250g thawed strawberries, 50g cornstarch and 300ml plant milk until smooth.
Pour into a saucepan and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.
Divide between small glasses or jars.
Chill in the fridge until set, then sprinkle with grated dark chocolate before serving.
