Ingredients

  • 1banana
  • 250 gstrawberries

    thawed

  • 50 gcornstarch
  • 300 mloat milk

    or coconut, any plant milk

  • dark chocolate

    grated, for topping

Instructions

  1. Blend 1 banana, 250g thawed strawberries, 50g cornstarch and 300ml plant milk until smooth.

  2. Pour into a saucepan and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

  3. Divide between small glasses or jars.

  4. Chill in the fridge until set, then sprinkle with grated dark chocolate before serving.
