- 70 ghazelnuts
pan-toasted, chopped
- 200 grice flour
- 10 gbaking powder
about 1/2 tsp
- 1 tspcinnamon
- 100 graisins
soaked in 200g oat milk
- 200 goat milk
for soaking raisins
- 170 gapple
about 1 apple, blended
- 3 tbspvegetable oil
- 2 tspapple cider vinegar
- 50 gfrozen cherries
Instructions
Pan-toast 70g hazelnuts and chop in a blender.
Soak 100g raisins in 200g oat milk for .
Mix 200g rice flour, 10g baking powder, 1 teaspoon cinnamon and the chopped hazelnuts.
Blend 170g apple smooth and combine with the raisin-milk mixture, 3 tablespoons oil and 2 teaspoons vinegar.
Fold wet into dry, pour into a 24.5cm greased form, scatter 50g cherries and bake at 160°C for 50-.
