Ingredients

- 35 gdark chocolate
chopped
- 100 goats
ground in a blender
- 120 mloat milk
- 40 mlagave syrup
or any syrup of choice
- 80 gpeanut butter
- pinchsalt
- 1 tspbaking powder
Instructions
Chop 35g dark chocolate into small pieces.
Grind 100g oats in a blender, then mix with 120ml oat milk and 40ml agave syrup.
Stir in 80g peanut butter, a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Fold in the chopped chocolate and divide between three 10x5cm ramekins.
Bake at 180°C for until set, then cool slightly before serving.
