- 2 tbsperythritol
or sugar
- 40 gbutter
melted
- 150 gcottage cheese
- 100 galmond flour
- 1 tspbaking powder
- olive oil
for greasing the tin
Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and 2 tablespoons erythritol.
Beat in 40g melted butter and 150g cottage cheese until smooth.
Stir in 100g almond flour and 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Slice 3-4 peaches and fold gently through the batter.
