- 1 tsperythritol
or sugar
- 2 tbsprice flour
- 4 tbspyogurt
or fermented baked milk
- ½ tspbaking powder
- 1apple
diced
- olive oil
for greasing
Instructions
Whisk 1 egg with a pinch of salt and 1 teaspoon erythritol.
Stir in 2 tablespoons rice flour, 4 tablespoons yogurt and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
Fold in 1 diced apple.
Grease three 10x5cm ramekins with olive oil and divide the batter between them.
Bake at 180°C for 15-, or microwave for , and top with melted chocolate if desired.
