  • 4rye crispbread

  • walnuts

    a small handful

  • 20 gcocoa powder

    unsweetened

  • 2bananas

    ripe

  • 85 gsugar-free white chocolate
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Blitz 4 rye crispbreads and a small handful of walnuts in a blender until fine.

  2. Add 20g cocoa and 2 ripe bananas, then blend or mash until the mixture comes together into a smooth dough.

  3. Shape into small bites and place on a tray. Melt 85g sugar-free white chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil over a water bath.

  4. Coat each bite in the melted chocolate and chill in the fridge until set, about .
