  • 1lime

    juice only

  • 25 galmonds
  • 2 tbspoats
  • 1 tbspdate syrup
  • 10 gsesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Dice 2 apples and toss with the juice of 1/2 lime.

  2. Layer the apples into an oven-safe dish.

  3. Mix 25g chopped almonds, 2 tablespoons oats, 1 tablespoon date syrup and 10g sesame seeds.

  4. Scatter the crumble topping over the apples.

  5. Bake at 180°C for 15- until bubbling and golden.
