- 50 galmonds
toasted in a pan
- 120 goats
ground in a blender
- 1egg
- 3 tbspJerusalem-artichoke syrup
- pinchsalt
- 250 gcherries
- 50 gerythritol
or sugar
- 10 gcornstarch
- 30 goats
extra, for the topping
Instructions
Toast 50g almonds and grind 120g oats in a blender.
Mix the ground oats with 1 egg, 3 tablespoons Jerusalem-artichoke syrup and a pinch of salt.
Spread 4/5 of the oat mixture into a greased tin as a base.
Toss 250g cherries with 50g erythritol and 10g cornstarch and spread over the base.
Mix the remaining oat mix with the toasted almonds and 30g extra oats for the crumble topping.
Sprinkle the topping over and bake at 180°C for 35- until golden.
