  • 85 gsunflower seeds
  • 85 gcashews

    pan-roasted

  • ½ tspground nutmeg
  • 70 mlagave syrup
  • 85 gsugar-free white chocolate
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Toast 85g almonds, 85g sunflower seeds and 85g cashews briefly in a dry pan, then grind together in a blender.

  2. Mix in 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg and 70ml agave syrup. Grease a small mold with vegetable oil and press the mixture in firmly.

  3. Chill in the fridge while melting 85g sugar-free white chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons vegetable oil over a water bath.

  4. Pour the melted chocolate over the bars and return to the fridge until fully set, about . Cut into bars.
