- 21walnut halves

- 12dried apricots
- 85 gsugar-free white chocolate
- 85 gdark chocolate
- 2 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Toast 21 walnut halves in a dry pan. Set 12 aside, finely chop the rest. Stuff each of the 12 dried apricots with a whole walnut half.
Melt 85g sugar-free white chocolate over a water bath with 1 tablespoon oil, stir in the chopped walnuts.
Roll half of the stuffed apricots in the white chocolate, coating all sides. Chill for 10- until firm.
Melt 85g dark chocolate with 1 tablespoon oil over a water bath, coat the remaining bites and chill for 10- until set.
