- 50 gwalnuts

- 185 galmonds

- 100 gdark chocolate
melted
- 6 tbspcocoa powder
- 30 gcoconut oil
- shredded coconut
for coating
- 70 grice flour
- 30 galmond flour
- 1egg
- ½ tspbaking powder
Instructions
Recipe 1: Blend 200g soaked prunes with 50g toasted walnuts and 100g melted chocolate, shape balls and roll in toasted sesame seeds.
Recipe 2: Blend 200g soaked dates with 100g soaked prunes, 85g roasted almonds, 3 tablespoons cocoa and 30g coconut oil. Chill briefly, shape balls and dip one side in reserved ground almonds.
Recipe 3: Blend 150g soaked prunes with 100g roasted almonds and 3-4 tablespoons cocoa. Shape balls and roll in shredded coconut.
Recipe 4: Blend 140g soaked prunes with 50g roasted walnuts and 3 tablespoons cocoa. Shape balls and roll in cocoa powder.
Recipe 5: Mix 100g soaked prunes with 70g rice flour, 30g almond flour, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 1.5 tablespoons cacao or carob, 1 egg and a drizzle of olive oil. Shape cookies, top with almonds and bake at 180-200°C for 12-.
