grated
- 100 galmond flour
- 1 tspdried garlic
- salt
to taste
- 6 tbspwater
Instructions
Blend Parmesan, almond flour, dried garlic and salt in a food processor.
Add water 3 tablespoons at a time until a firm dough forms.
Roll thin between two sheets of parchment, spray lightly with oil and cut into squares.
Bake at 325°F (160-170°C) for 15-, checking every until deep golden; cool for crispness.
