  • 80 gParmesan

    grated

  • 100 galmond flour
  • 1 tspdried garlic
  • salt

    to taste

  • 6 tbspwater

Instructions

  1. Blend Parmesan, almond flour, dried garlic and salt in a food processor.

  2. Add water 3 tablespoons at a time until a firm dough forms.

  3. Roll thin between two sheets of parchment, spray lightly with oil and cut into squares.

  4. Bake at 325°F (160-170°C) for 15-, checking every until deep golden; cool for crispness.
