Keto Seed Crackers
Crunchy keto seed crackers made with flax, chia, sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds. A flour-free high-fiber snack baked until crisp, perfect for the whole week.

Ingredients
- 1 cupflaxseed
- ½ cupchia seeds
- 500 mlwater
- 4 tbspsesame seeds
- 4 tbspsunflower seeds
- 2 tbsppumpkin seeds
- salt
a little
- sweet paprika
- turmeric
- oregano
- 4 tbspolive oil
Instructions
Soak flax and chia seeds in water for
Stir in sesame, sunflower and pumpkin seeds
Add salt, paprika, turmeric, oregano and olive oil
Spread the mixture in an even layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet
Score into cracker shapes
Bake at 180 C for 25-
Dry in the oven at 150 C until crisp

Très croustillants. Mon mari les adore.
Gluten free for eight years and store crackers are expensive. Making my own now. These are better.
Good but needed more salt than the recipe called for.
