  • 1 tbspJerusalem artichoke syrup
  • 50 galmonds

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana and combine with rolled oats and Jerusalem artichoke syrup.

  2. Grease a form with oil and spread the mixture evenly, smoothing the surface.

  3. Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 to .

  4. Grind almonds in a mixer.

  5. Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (defrost mode) with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.

  6. Pour melted chocolate over the baked oat layer and sprinkle with ground almonds.

  7. Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
