Ingredients
- 120 gbanana pulp
from 1 banana
- 120 grolled oats
- 1 tbspJerusalem artichoke syrup
- 50 galmonds
ground
- 90 gdark chocolate
- 1 tbspvegetable oil
Instructions
Mash the banana and combine with rolled oats and Jerusalem artichoke syrup.
Grease a form with oil and spread the mixture evenly, smoothing the surface.
Bake at 180 degrees C for 15 to .
Grind almonds in a mixer.
Melt dark chocolate in the microwave (defrost mode) with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Pour melted chocolate over the baked oat layer and sprinkle with ground almonds.
Refrigerate until set, then cut into bars.
