- 2eggs

- 1 cupwarm water
- olive oil
for greasing
- 100 gcheese
- parsley
chopped
- cherry tomatoes
- mushrooms
- dried onion
Instructions
Whisk 2 eggs with 1 cup oats, a pinch of salt and 1 cup warm water. Let stand for 15-.
Grease a baking dish with olive oil, stir half of 100g grated cheese and chopped parsley into the oat batter.
Pour the batter into the dish and level the surface.
Top with cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, the remaining cheese and dried onion. Season with a pinch of salt.
Bake at 180°C for , then 5 more minutes with top-and-bottom convection.
Slice and serve warm as a flourless pizza-style bake.
