Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 50 gwalnuts
  • 50 ghazelnuts
  • 50 gcashews
  • 50 gpeanuts
  • lemon zest
  • 4 tbspdate syrup
  • 100 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Rinse walnuts, hazelnuts, cashews and peanuts with water.

  2. Toast in the oven at 180 degrees C for , then coarsely chop in a mixer.

  3. In a pan, cook lemon zest with date syrup for 1 to .

  4. Add the nuts and cook 1 to 3 more minutes.

  5. Press into a mold and freeze for .

  6. Cut into pieces.

  7. Melt dark chocolate in a water bath; coat half of the pieces in chocolate.

  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
