No-Bake White Chocolate Sesame Dessert — Sugar-Free and Gluten-Free
A no-bake layered dessert of pan-toasted black and white sesame caramelized with date syrup, topped with a raisin-date filling, and coated in melted sugar-free white chocolate.

Ingredients
- 20 gwhite sesame seeds
- 170 gblack sesame seeds
- 4 tbspdate syrup
- 50 gsultanas
- 120 gdates
- 150 gwhite chocolate

Instructions
Toast white and black sesame seeds together in a pan.
Add date syrup and cook until the mixture begins to caramelize.
Press into molds and freeze in the refrigerator until firm.
Blend sultanas and dates in a mixer into a paste.
Slice the sesame base and top each piece with a layer of the dried fruit paste.
Melt white chocolate in a water bath or microwave.
Coat all sides of the pieces in melted chocolate.
Refrigerate until the chocolate sets.
