Ingredients

  • 250 gcookies

    crushed

  • 120 gbutter

    melted

  • 200 gmascarpone
  • 200 gricotta
  • 50 gpowdered sugar
  • 150 gwhite chocolate

    for filling

  • 450 gheavy cream 33%
  • 150 gwhite chocolate

    for topping

  • 75 gheavy cream

    for topping, 50-100 g

Instructions

  1. Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the base of an 18 cm form.

  2. Beat mascarpone, ricotta and powdered sugar; melt 150 g white chocolate and fold in.

  3. Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture; pour over the crust.

  4. Chill for at least until set.

  5. Melt 150 g white chocolate with cream, pour over the top and finish with crushed cookies.
