- 200 gmascarpone
- 200 gricotta
- 50 gpowdered sugar
- 150 gwhite chocolate
for filling
- 450 gheavy cream 33%
- 150 gwhite chocolate
for topping
- 75 gheavy cream
for topping, 50-100 g
Instructions
Combine crushed cookies with melted butter and press into the base of an 18 cm form.
Beat mascarpone, ricotta and powdered sugar; melt 150 g white chocolate and fold in.
Whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture; pour over the crust.
Chill for at least until set.
Melt 150 g white chocolate with cream, pour over the top and finish with crushed cookies.
