- 160 gdark chocolate
melted
- 80 gdates
soaked in boiling water, cores and skins removed
- 2 tbspsunflower seed paste
or any nut butter
- 100 gsesame seeds
pan-toasted
- 50 gcashews
pan-toasted
Instructions
Melt 160g dark chocolate over a water bath.
Mix 80g soaked, peeled dates with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed paste, then stir into the melted chocolate.
Toast 100g sesame seeds and 50g cashews in a dry pan.
Combine everything into a firm mass, oil your gloved hands and shape into small balls.
Chill in the fridge until fully set.
