Ingredients

  • 160 gdark chocolate

    melted

  • 80 gdates

    soaked in boiling water, cores and skins removed

  • 2 tbspsunflower seed paste

    or any nut butter

  • 100 gsesame seeds

    pan-toasted

  • 50 gcashews

    pan-toasted

Instructions

  1. Melt 160g dark chocolate over a water bath.

  2. Mix 80g soaked, peeled dates with 2 tablespoons sunflower seed paste, then stir into the melted chocolate.

  3. Toast 100g sesame seeds and 50g cashews in a dry pan.

  4. Combine everything into a firm mass, oil your gloved hands and shape into small balls.

  5. Chill in the fridge until fully set.
