- 150 gprunes
- 100 galmonds
- 4 tbspcocoa
- coconut flakes
for rolling
Instructions
Soak 150g prunes in boiling water until soft.
Blend 100g almonds in a blender until finely ground.
Add the drained prunes and 3-4 tablespoons cocoa; blend into a sticky mass.
Shape into balls and roll in coconut flakes; store in the fridge.
