  • 4mandarins

Instructions

  1. Blend cookies and banana with cocoa into a dough.

  2. Whip ricotta with honey.

  3. Roll out the dough, spread with the ricotta cream and arrange mandarins.

  4. Roll tightly into a log.

  5. Chill for several hours before slicing.
