  • 250 galmonds
  • 30 gcoconut oil
  • cocoa

Instructions

  1. Soak 140g dates in hot water for ; peel 3 mandarins and blend with lemon juice.

  2. Whisk in 5g agar-agar and warm the mixture gently without boiling; chill until set.

  3. Toast 250g almonds and grind; combine with peeled dates and 30g coconut oil in a blender.

  4. Press the almond base into a silicone mold and top with the mandarin jelly.

  5. Freeze until firm; dust with cocoa before serving.
