- 250 galmonds
- 30 gcoconut oil
- cocoa

Instructions
Soak 140g dates in hot water for ; peel 3 mandarins and blend with lemon juice.
Whisk in 5g agar-agar and warm the mixture gently without boiling; chill until set.
Toast 250g almonds and grind; combine with peeled dates and 30g coconut oil in a blender.
Press the almond base into a silicone mold and top with the mandarin jelly.
Freeze until firm; dust with cocoa before serving.
