1 peeled banana, blended
- 200 gricotta
or soft cheese
- 1 tbsphoney
- 1 tbspcocoa powder
- 3kiwi
peeled
Instructions
Blend 130g cookies to crumbs and 130g banana to a puree, then mix together into a pliable dough.
Beat 200g ricotta with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon cocoa until smooth.
Roll the banana-cookie dough flat into a rectangle and spread the ricotta filling on top.
Arrange 3 peeled kiwis along one edge and roll tightly.
Chill for several hours in the fridge, then slice with a sharp knife.
