Instructions

  1. Blend 130g cookies to crumbs and 130g banana to a puree, then mix together into a pliable dough.

  2. Beat 200g ricotta with 1 tablespoon honey and 1 tablespoon cocoa until smooth.

  3. Roll the banana-cookie dough flat into a rectangle and spread the ricotta filling on top.

  4. Arrange 3 peeled kiwis along one edge and roll tightly.

  5. Chill for several hours in the fridge, then slice with a sharp knife.
