  • 1 gvanillin
  • orange zest
  • 300 gwhite chocolate

  • 30 gdark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Pan-toast 1 cup peanuts until fragrant and blend with 1 cup pitted dates, 2 tablespoons sugar-free syrup, 1g vanillin and orange zest.

  2. Press the date-peanut paste into silicone bar molds, reserving a few chopped peanuts for texture, and chill.

  3. Melt 300g sugar-free white chocolate with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a bain-marie and pour over the chilled bars.

  4. Melt 30g sugar-free dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon vegetable oil in the microwave and pipe patterns on top with a toothpick.

  5. Refrigerate until the chocolate sets firm, then unmold and serve — the dual-chocolate finish is pure holiday magic.
