  • 250 gIranian soft dates

    pitted

  • 100 galmonds

    pan-toasted

  • 80 gcoconut flakes

    lightly toasted

  • 80 gsugar-free white chocolate
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Soak 250g soft dates briefly in boiling water, then peel and mash with a fork until smooth.

  2. Toast 100g almonds in a dry pan and grind in a blender. Lightly toast 80g coconut flakes in the same pan.

  3. Mix the mashed dates with the ground almonds and toasted coconut, press firmly into a lined mold, and chill.

  4. Melt 80g sugar-free white chocolate with 1-2 tablespoons oil over a water bath, pour over the bars, and chill until set. Slice.
