- 50 galmonds
pan-toasted
- 100 mlwater
- 10 ggelatin
- 1 tbspcoffee
or cocoa for a kid-friendly version
- 4bananas
3-4, blended
- peaches
sliced, for topping
Instructions
Pan-toast 50g almonds and roughly chop.
Bloom 10g gelatin in 100ml water and brew 1 tablespoon coffee (or cocoa), then let both cool.
Melt the gelatin in a water bath and blend 3-4 bananas until smooth.
Whisk the cooled coffee and gelatin into the banana puree and beat for a few minutes until airy.
Pour into glasses, top with sliced peaches and toasted almonds, then chill until set.
