- 350 gunsweetened crackers
ground in a blender
- 100 ghoney
- 80 gbutter
melted in microwave
- 3 tbspcocoa powder
- 175 mlcream
150-200ml to loosen
- 100 gdark chocolate
melted for decoration
Instructions
Grind 350g unsweetened crackers in a blender to fine crumbs.
Warm 100g honey with 80g butter and 3 tablespoons cocoa in the microwave until smooth.
Mix the crumbs with the honey-butter-cocoa mixture, then stir in 150-200ml cream until a mouldable mass forms.
Press the mixture into a mould or shape free-form and chill for .
Melt 100g dark chocolate in a water bath, drizzle over the slices and decorate as desired before a final freezer chill of 10-.
