Ingredients

  • 350 gunsweetened crackers

    ground in a blender

  • 100 ghoney
  • 80 gbutter

    melted in microwave

  • 3 tbspcocoa powder
  • 175 mlcream

    150-200ml to loosen

  • 100 gdark chocolate

    melted for decoration

Instructions

  1. Grind 350g unsweetened crackers in a blender to fine crumbs.

  2. Warm 100g honey with 80g butter and 3 tablespoons cocoa in the microwave until smooth.

  3. Mix the crumbs with the honey-butter-cocoa mixture, then stir in 150-200ml cream until a mouldable mass forms.

  4. Press the mixture into a mould or shape free-form and chill for .

  5. Melt 100g dark chocolate in a water bath, drizzle over the slices and decorate as desired before a final freezer chill of 10-.
