Ingredients

Ingredients updated to metric measurements
  • 3bananas
  • 900 mlmilk
  • 5 tbspsugar
  • 3 tbspcornstarch
  • 8 tbspcocoa powder
  • 10 gagar-agar
  • 100 mlwater

    for agar

  • 85 gbutter
  • chocolate cookies

    a few pieces for crust

  • coconut flakes

    for topping

Instructions

  1. Bloom agar-agar in water.

  2. Cook milk with sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.

  3. Stir in bloomed agar-agar and butter.

  4. In a 22 cm form, layer sliced bananas, chocolate cookies and the chocolate cream.

  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least ; top with coconut flakes before serving.
