- 3bananas
- 900 mlmilk
- 5 tbspsugar
- 3 tbspcornstarch
- 8 tbspcocoa powder
- 10 gagar-agar
- 100 mlwater
for agar
- 85 gbutter
- chocolate cookies
a few pieces for crust
- coconut flakes
for topping
Instructions
Bloom agar-agar in water.
Cook milk with sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a saucepan, stirring until thickened.
Stir in bloomed agar-agar and butter.
In a 22 cm form, layer sliced bananas, chocolate cookies and the chocolate cream.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least ; top with coconut flakes before serving.
