Ingredients

- 50 gdark chocolate
melted in a water bath
- 30 gwalnuts
- 10 grice cakes
- 1avocado
- 1banana
- 20 gcocoa powder
- 100 gdried apricots
soaked 15-30 minutes in oat milk
- 250 mloat milk
- 30 gcoconut sugar
- orange zest
- ¼ tspagar-agar
Instructions
Melt 50g dark chocolate in a water bath, mix with 30g chopped walnuts and 10g crushed rice cakes, then press into glasses and chill.
Blend 1 avocado, 1 banana and 20g cocoa into a smooth cream and spread on top of the first layer.
Soak 100g dried apricots in 250ml oat milk for 15-, then blend with 30g coconut sugar and the orange zest.
Simmer the apricot cream with 1/4 teaspoon agar-agar for a few minutes, then pour over the avocado layer.
Chill in the fridge until set and decorate with berries and nuts before serving.
